Property owners often don't have the time to standby at an eviction proceeding, or they simply prefer not to deal with it. We will be present during those proceedings on behalf of the property owners.

Also, often break ups lead to situations where it is prudent to have a third party standing by to ensure no one is hurt and property is not intentionally destroyed. Sometimes law enforcement may provide this service if there schedule and manpower permits. Consider us an option for that as well. We will be there to witness and document (if neccessary) as well as provide security.
